Default Stiffening 1500 Suspension

So I have a 2012 Ram 1500 Express Quad Cab that I pump wells with. I've got ram boxes full of tools, basically all hand tools that add an easy 200-350 lbs I'd guess. I also have an iron cross bumper on the front cause I was tired of my plastic one falling off every time it snows or the plastic rubs the ground. So anyways with the extra weight the truck rides like its a 1960 boat and even at times that it bottoms out over small bumps. My question outside of the obvious buy a 2500 is there anything I can do to stiffen the suspension up? I've put the coil spring spacers on but I don't want a lift, just stiffer ride and level stance. Thanks for any help!

Check out Total Load Control. They are a sponsor of the boards here. I intend to use their airbag setup as soon as I can get the funds. I want to level out my quad cab for pulling my 16ft enclosed trailer. From my research, they seem to be the way to go.

I'd do the Bilstein adjustables and AirLift 1000 in rear. Bilsteins can be set at factory height or lift if you want that in the future. Its a little stiffer ride but not too harsh at all. As for the airbags they are cheap and easy to install and can be filled enough for any use. I have both and they are great. Good luck.

Thanks for the replies, my boss lives 10 hours away so technically I could charge whatever I want but being the wonderful employee I am I think I'm going to try the bilstein/air lift combo. I think it'll be the best option for my use. Now to read other forums for tuner info for my personal truck...
