The highest cost of it is getting the front diff from a 2009-2011. If it wasn't for that it wouldn't be too bad at all. You'd only have to buy the ring and pinion. But of course you'll be paying full price for that too rather than just the increase cost like you do from the factory.

OR just get a 2013 front diff with 3.92 to swap in instead of switching to an 09-11 to swap. If your switching to an 09-11 might as well go to 4.56
