Dealer told me no because Uconnect doesnt know how to issue the old
FM's yet, and the update actually over wrote the old one.

Well, that sucks. Seems like we are stuck with this until UConnect gets their stuff together or the dealer replaces the radio?

Does replaceing the radio work? The dealer told me they were thinking of doing that but didnt know if it was worth it because the trucks has so many "little processors" now.

On another thread about this, E-Wing has the same issue and said his dealer will be replacing the radio. I see the logic in it but cannot say for sure if it would work.

Same troubles with my RAM. Dealer pulled their hair out for a while until they got together with the uConnect people on the phone. If your radio is keeping the truck awake there's no fix for it, no way to move whatever firmware that has been installed backward to the original. They replaced my radio and all was good again.

Good luck.

There we have it... Going to call the dealer now and let them know as they are probably scratching their heads. Thanks!

Hey guys,

I brought my truck to the dealer when this issue first came up. They said they "reset the radio" and it fixed the problem (lol) anyway, it seemed to work...until tonight...it just happened again. I unhooked the neg battery terminal for about 5min and it fixed the issue...for now. I really hope they come up with a solution to this. I haven't had a software update yet...unless the dealer did it the day they "reset the radio". How can I find out what version I have?

Go to settings tab on the radio...far right (click on it), then scroll down to where you see system info. Click on that and it will show you what version you have.
Im going off of memory...also I have version 13.06.2
