Default allgig-xg-hs Issue

I recently got the all gig-cg-hs from a shop in edmonton. I used a friends PC to update to the latest software for the RHB my gig. When i plug in the unit my compass is just lines and my tpms says it needs to be serviced. The Radio does not turn on at all. Also my low fuel light and batt light comes on. I have tried all the software versions for the RHB. I also seem to have a strange deck, in my 11 ram i had the rbz and it had all blue menus. In my current 12 ram i have black menus i have never seen this in any other ram. It still says RHB in the corner. Any Suggestions?

Spoke to are Tech Dept and this is what they suggested. Re download the AllGig Gen 2 updater and download and install the HS RHB file and that should solve your issue.

The shop I bought it from sent me a new unit and it works now. The only issue I'm having is that I can't force it into rear camera mode. I have the rhb it says it needs a second pause but nothing I do will kick it on. It was enabled when the update was done.
I am also wondering what cable I will need to have another a/v input added to the system.

To force on the Back Up Camera should be accomplished by double pressing the power button ... To add an A/V input you will need our NTV-HAR120 harness ... Your cost is $58.00 with your Forum Member discount ...

Ok so how do I go about ordering that cable through you?
I have tried double tapping the power and I cannot get it to go to the camera.

It looks like the Dealer locked out the DVD feature of your truck ... You would have to go back to a RAM Dealer to have the radio programmed to play DVD's in park before any of our solutions can be used ...
