You can run the -12 offset if you want to. Absolutely no problems with that once you add the Bilsteins. The only difference between the 0 and -12 offset is how far they'll stick out past the fender.

Go with a set of airbags. I haven't looked into it for sure but I highly doubt the new 2500 rear coil springs will fit in a 1500. I would guess the diameter is too large and they'll be taller.

Try standing on them a few times and then re-tighten the screws holding the boards to the arms. That's what stopped mine from hitting the pinch weld, they just needed to seat down a little further....
