A 13W7 in a ported enclosure eating about 2000 watts would definitely satisfy your SPL cravings. There are many subs that will get as loud but very few that will sound as good doing it.

A split 6 spoke wheel IMHO doesn't work well with this body style and the fake bolts and styling in general lends itself more to a 4wd truck than a lowered 2wd. Not to mention it's only 8.5" wide...

I've used several of them for lock up control on diesels....not sure if they offer full lock up on these but it's a good product none the less.
