There have been several 4.7Ls that have installed a M114 blower, there's a good build log over on DT of one but that's about it. Just like hemi, any turbo kit will be a custom job.

There's nothing to stabilize, so I don't know why they would build one. It's a set of tie rods from the hydraulically powered steering rack to the knuckles, not a multi-link system like a SFA uses....

It doesn't affect the tuning at all, it's just a downside not knowing how fast you're traveling unless you use a correction factor. Eg. at 70km/h on my speedo I'm doing 65km/h in my work truck.

You should never run a dry shot on a vehicle that doesn't run a MAF sensor. For our engines you need to run a wet shot. A 75 dry shot will lean it out too much and you'll likely pop a piston.
