Rear door Panels

i am trying to remove the rear door panels from my 98 Quad Cab, but i have not found a way to get it past the inside handle. i removed the bolts holding the handle to the door, and it moves abit, but not enough to get the panel off. Any help will be appreciated.

They can be a bit of a bear the first time or two you do those.

I was going to attack them this afternoon, but since i have to take the doors off within the next couple of weeks to change the cab corners, i thought i would wait to change the speakers then.
