I feel ya on the rain it looks like we finally got the last of it today. I got ask tho its been bugging the crap out of me what is the toothpaste for

Thebestestdrummer 10-31-2013 09:53 PM

It's ssuuppoosseeddd to clean the lenses. As long as its gotten whitening agents in it, it ssoommeetimeesss clears them up a little bit.

I've seen it work and I've also not seen it work. I just figured what the hell while I did all the wiring.

Dahhh I gotcha I guess I should gathered that.. if it doesn't work have you tried hitting them with a little rubbing compound I used it a few times and it helped with some of the fogging of my 95 when I had it

Thebestestdrummer 10-31-2013 10:22 PM

well, you see, my fogs and headlights are gross on the inside as well.... the outside is actually fairly clean, but ill have to break them all open and clean them. Then reseal.

The fogs are alright on the inside, but the headlights are terrible. One day theyll be pretty clean, the next totally filthy.

I know I hit a deer with my 95 and got a hairline crack in my drivers head light and tyc replacements are only like 50 a piece from rock auto idk if that is a route you would wanna go or not the quality is par with oem

New headlights will cost me anywhere from 80-120 for a set. But if I'm going to spend that, i might as well spend 120-200 for cool after market headlights.

It's a mod on the list. haha

Hell that makes perfect sense to me go big or go home some black light with halos would look sick on that beast
